Fees that apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines.

* EFIM Member Society Registration: Members are required to indicate the relevant Society in their registration form.
** Young Internists’ Registration: In order to register under Young Internist category, Young Internists must send proof of age (up to 35 years old) – Copy of identity card must be uploaded during the online registration process.
*** Fellow Registration: In order to register under the Fellow Category,please provide your email address exactly as it appears on your fellowship account. If the name differs in any way, you will not be able to proceed with the fellow category.
What do the registration fees include:
- Participation in all scientific sessions
- Welcome Reception
- Closing Ceremony
- Awards Ceremony
- Networking Event
- Entrance to the Exhibition
- Refreshments as per times indicated in the programme
- Printed Conference materials
- Certificate of attendance (sent via email after the conference)
Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be electronically mailed:
- Cancellations received until and including January 1, 2024 – full refund
- Cancellations received between January 2 until February 1, 2024 – 50% will be refunded
- From February 2, 2024 – no refund will be made.
