Murat Durdu

Murat Durdu, who graduated from Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine in 1999, received his specialization from the Dermatology department of the same university in 2005. After specialization, Dr. started working at Başkent University Adana Hospital. Durdu received the title of Associate Professor in 2011 and Professor in 2016. He has done a lot of work, especially on dermatological cytology, and has written a cytology book on this subject in Turkish (Stepwise Diagnostic Approach in Tzanck Smear Test) and English (Cutaneous Cytology and Tzanck Smear Test), and a Russian translation of the English cytology book has been published. Dr. Durdu is the sole author of the book titled Algorithms in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dermatological Diseases. Durdu is also one of the two authors of the book “Suggestions for Our Skin”. He has published many international articles and these articles have been cited more than 1000 times. Prof. is one of the editors of the books “Basic Dermatology”, “Autoimmune Bullous Diseases” and “Scabies in All Aspects”. Dr. Murat Durdu works in the Dermatology department at Başkent University Adana Hospital and is the Editor of the Turkish Journal of Dermatology.
