Maria Sanchez-Ledesma

Dr. Sanchez-Ledesma, MD, PhD is Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Salamanca and global coordinator of the antibiotic stewardship program at University Hospital of Salamanca (Spain). She was trained in Internal Medicine/Infectious Diseases at the University Hospital of Salamanca and she was a research fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School (Boston, US). Currently she is the coordinator of the endovascular infections group and member of the board of the Working Group on Infectious Diseases of the Spanish Society of Internal Medicine and she is leading the Spanish Registry of Endocarditis of the Spanish Society of Internal Medicine.
