Ivica Lazúrová, MD, PhD, FRCP, FEFIM is Professor of Internal Medicine/Endocrinology and Head of the Department of Internal medicine at the University of P.J. Šafárik, Košice in Slovakia. She was President of the Slovak Endocrine Society and from 2011 she is President of the Slovak Society of Internal Medicine. Her scientific interest is focused on adrenal gland disorders and autoimmunity in internal medicine. She has authored more than 130 publications in journal indexed in international databases, organized several Slovak, Czech-Slovak and international scientific meetings.
